The ROOT! Compendium - Old news - January, 2008

Finally, after two days of waiting, ROOT! have announced their first gig of 2008! It's not until Feburary 24, though, but its part of the Sydney Road Street Party which means it should be another free gig.

Please, take photographs, set lists, reviews, etc. and send them in to The ROOT! Compendium.

Good new year, to you all. Now on to what you're here for.

The archive page just got its Corner Hotel page - reviews are now being accepted, send yours in. Incidentially, words were exchanged with Barnaby at that gig who explained that no plans had been made at that point for the new year. Keep your eye on the bands MySpace page for any future tourdate announcements. Also, the album has sold extremely well and while he would not confirm any numbers, he indicated towards a fairly high percentage of the discs being shifted. Good work, ROOT! and of course, to everyone who bought it.
